Vị trí : Trợ lý trưởng phòng hành chính - Assistant Admin Manager

Mô tả công việc:
Overlook office cleanness;
Make monthly report and analysis the reason of over-budget for stationery and transportation (if any);
Arrange visa, work permit, resident card and criminal record for Expats, Expats family and guest when required;
Follow up car contract, tree contract and garbage contract;
Make the check list of cleaning service and implement and highlight if any items need to be repaired and maintained;
Arrange gifts for occasions when required;
Overlook gardening service;
Arrange accommodation/refreshment/meal for visitors/buyers/expats;
Arrange transportation service rating from General Manager;
All audits satisfied & 100% legal compliance 100% regarding admin area;
Handle travelling issues for Expats and Expats family;
Together with 5S team to arrange necessary things for 5S program and make the reports.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Required experience: 02 - 03 year experiences in similar position.
Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese,
Leadership, team player, well organizational skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision and to respond effectively to sensitive inquires and complaints, ability to work under pressure
Computer proficiency including Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Qualification: University graduated
